We will complete all the application forms, liaise with lender and solicitor on your behalf and ensure we obtain a mortgage offer and a completion as soon as possible. You will also receive regular updates on your application and we'll provide you with one point of contact to answer any questions you have.
For mortgages we offer a full advice and recommendation service. We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however, as we are independent, a fee paying option is available where we would refund any commission we receive from the Lender to you. Our typical fee is £295.
